COVID-19 Protocol
IDSOG COVID-19 SAFETY PROTOCOL
IDSOG is fully committed to holding a successful in-person Annual Meeting in Denver in July 2023. The health and safety of our meeting attendees is our first priority as we continue preparing for the 2023 IDSOG Annual Meeting. IDSOG is carefully monitoring Colorado State guidelines and those issued by the CDC as they relate to COVID-19 protocols and holding conferences in-person.
All attendees will be required to complete the “Waiver of Liability”, which is part of the online registration, that includes the following procedures in addition to other items:
- All meeting attendees attest they have received the COVID-19 vaccine and any recommended boosters by the CDC.
- All meeting attendees are advised that they may be asked for proof of vaccination by the hotel, and local businesses/restaurants based on local vaccination requirements in State of Colorado, and the city of Denver.
- Registrants are asked to follow CDC guidelines for exposure to COVID-19 and when sick from COVID-19.
- Proper face masks are strongly encouraged to be worn when indoors at all IDSOG Annual Meeting activities.
IDSOG will continuously evaluate and update our plans and guidelines as new information becomes available, and as environmental conditions change. We will continue to share all updates on evolving COVID-19 preparations as we actively work to plan for a safe and productive event.
